Il posto del dessert, in questo mix di raffinatezza e sapori decisi, è occupato dalle cittadine di epoca ottomana di Berat e Gjirokastra, inserite tra i siti Patrimonio dell'Umanità dell'UNESCO e accessibili senza difficoltà.
